The ads are valid for traffic from all countries and the network accepts websites in any language since most of their ads are not based on words (explicit pictures are universally understood!) It is rather easy to install the code but some rudimentary web skills are required to effectively set the GeoIP targeting up (some pop-unders do not function without it). Thankfully, the network's support is helpful and will gladly assist in case there are problems with ad implementation or GeoIP targeting issues.
